INFORMATION
MANAGEMENT
NEEDS ASSESSMENT SURVEY
JUNE 2005 |
|
| |
|
|
| |
|
|
| |
PURPOSE:
The purpose of this survey is to conduct an ongoing assessment of the
Information Management (IM) needs of the MUSC Medical Center. As a result
of this assessment, a list of short-term and long-term recommendations,
along with priorities for improving the information management function,
can be developed. Administering this survey on an annual basis also
allows the Medical Center to measure improvement against the standards
defined in the IM section of the JCAHO manual.
Please take a few
minutes to complete the information in this survey, keeping in mind
that your responses should be representative of the concerns of your
department or area.
